Hello Waffle recently released a collection of overshadows - sheer, glittery shades designed to go over eyeshadows for an added pop. I received samples of the shadows as a prize for a contest I took part in on Hello Waffle's FB page, Kitty Kingdom. There was an overall winner, but the owner, Christine, generously gifted all the entrants sample sizes of the collection. These shadows must be used in conjunction with a sticky primer or tacky eyeshadow base to prevent fallout.

I haven't used these overshadows yet, but I've seen several people use them in looks and they're beautiful. They're not as sheer as I thought they would be and could possibly be used as a sheer wash of color over the lid on lazy days. I liked Fear Dearg, Gille Dubh, and Sluagh in particular and can't wait to use them with other shadows.
